What Is Success? What If One’s Life Isn’t Dazzling? The Answer Comes From The Flowers.

What Is Success?

What If One’s Life Isn’t Dazzling?

I do not know the answers to these questions. Sometimes they feel truly alien; how can I possibly comprehend this planet?

When reflecting on the past years and what I cherish most in my life, I can easily list this:
The moment I realized that every season has a distinct nature, I began planning my life and work in harmony with them. I stopped chasing after the crowd—people who seem driven by a relentless, burning urge to work at full speed regardless of whether it is spring, summer, autumn, or winter. They push hard in every season, ignoring the fact that each one possesses a unique character. So, if someone were to ask me what success means to me, my answer would be: the ability to apply the lessons I have learned from nature to my life and work.
Nature operates in cycles, not as a graph line shooting straight upward; therefore, we should learn to apply nature’s principles to our work. Once you do that, everything becomes simpler, and you can let go of many unnecessary things.
As for the “brilliance” of a human life—in which relationships does that brilliance truly manifest?
For instance, have you given anything meaningful back to nature?
Or are you solely focused on amassing wealth to satisfy social vanity, remaining immersed in human affairs while ignoring the rest of the planet?

A line from a Vietnamese folk song by composer Bắc Sơn- Still pine for the bitter plants growing in the backyard – Còn thương rau đắng mọc sau hè:

“Xin được làm gió dập dìu đưa điệu ca dao”

“I long to become the wind, gently wafting the melodies of Vietnamese folk verse.”

A philosophy regarding the roles of humanity + nature + culture: Humans live within culture to nurture nature. Everything becomes radiant and imbued with love and wisdom.
